In brief

  • This website sets no cookies, on any page.
  • No analytics, no trackers and no advertising pixels are used.
  • No third-party services are involved: fonts, images, stylesheets and the small display script are all served from meyaso.com. No request is made to any other domain while you browse.
  • If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is stored only in your browser’s local storage and is never transmitted.
  • There are no forms. The only personal data processed is what you choose to send by email.

Data controller

The data controller is Meyaso, a SASU with its registered office at [Registered office address to be completed], registered with the RCS of [Registry city to be completed] under number [SIREN to be completed].

For any question about your personal data: contact@meyaso.com.

Browsing the website

When you visit the website, your browser necessarily sends the server certain technical data (including your IP address, the page requested and your browser type), which is required to display the pages.

The web server is configured not to keep access logs. This data is not used for profiling or audience measurement and is not shared with third parties. The host may process technical connection data to secure its infrastructure, under its own obligations.

Display preferences

By default, the website follows the light or dark theme set by your operating system. If you select a different theme with the dedicated button, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) under the key “meyaso-theme”, with the value “light” or “dark” only.

This information stays on your device. It is never sent to the server or to anyone else, cannot identify you and is not a cookie. It is cleared as soon as you return to your system theme, and you can delete it at any time from your browser settings. Because it is triggered only by your own action and is strictly necessary for the feature you requested, it does not require consent (Article 82 of French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978).

The display language depends solely on the address of the page you visit (English version or version française). No language preference is stored.

Email correspondence

When you write to contact@meyaso.com, the data you send (email address, name, message content and, where applicable, business contact details) is used solely to reply to your request and follow up on the exchange.

Purpose
Replying to enquiries and following up on correspondence.
Legal basis
Meyaso’s legitimate interest in responding to the enquiries it receives (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

Authorised staff of Meyaso only, and its email provider, [Email provider to be completed], acting as processor.
Retention period
[Retention period to be completed, e.g. 3 years from the last exchange], without prejudice to legal retention obligations for accounting and commercial records.

Your data is never sold or rented, and is not used for marketing without your consent.

Data location

[Data location to be completed — e.g. data is hosted within the European Union.] Should any transfer outside the European Union occur, it would be subject to the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you have the following rights regarding your data:

  • the right of access, rectification and erasure;
  • the right to restriction of processing and the right to object;
  • the right to data portability;
  • the right to set instructions regarding your data after your death.

You can exercise these rights by email at contact@meyaso.com or by post to the registered office. A reply will be provided within one month of receipt of your request.

If, after contacting Meyaso, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — www.cnil.fr.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
